| I live in Normandy with my husband, three
animal mad children, two geriatric cats and a dozen guinea pigs.
As animals are regarded as an integral part of the family
I had a lot of pets and was taught to be responsible for them
at an early age. At 12 I got my first horse and we went to
a boarding school together which specialised in riding and
horse management. I competed for many years and hold a Horsemasters
certificate.
Hooves, was established in 1999, initially as a mobile livery
service and quickly progressed into Hooves, Paws and More,
to include dogs, cats, rodents, birds and small livestock.
We have retained most of our original clients who I now think
of as friends.
Likening peoples pets to children (and having experienced
the traumas of childcare!), I know the concerns that owners
have whilst away from home. I endeavour to maintain regular
contact with all our clients and to establish a good fun and
trusting relationship with the animals that I care for.
My day is never dull; I find my work rewarding and it keeps
me fit (and exhausted). If you wish to contact me, please do
so, or perhaps join us for a walk to see how we really work.
